To date we have partnered with Mission Group Homes on 3 separate, stunning developments. Contemporary design meets university living with the suites at U-One, U-Two, U-Three and U-Five on-campus at UBCO. The distinctive "Campus Modern" vibe in these spaces can be seen from the clever use of space to the gorgeous designer colour palettes.

Central Green is a vibrant new community that seeks to transform the corner of Richter Street and Harvey Avenue into the most pedestrian and cyclist-friendly neighbourhood in town. These lofts are beautifully put together with a boutique heritage style. Our third collaboration with MGC was developing finely detailed condominium residences in the heart of the Lower Mission: Siena. From the flooring to the overall aesthetic, Siena offers casual sophistication and remarkable amenties.
